What You Need to Know About Our Well Inspection Service
1. You should be present for the inspection. It’s not required, but we strongly encourage it. We want to be able to walk you through our inspection, point out areas of concern, explain proper maintenance techniques, and answer any questions you might have.
2. We will need to enter your home during the inspection. It’s vital that we are able to examine the components of your well that are located indoors, such as the pressure tank and power controls.
3. A typical inspection lasts 1.5 to 2 hours. During that time, we will need to run the water for about an hour.
4. You can expect a complete inspection report in 3 to 5 business days. Once the physical inspection is done, we will still need to research the original well construction report and the well code that was in place during the time of construction. We will also have a certified, independent lab analyze your water samples.
